Our cast iron tub recently chipped and we needed someone to repair it. After speaking with several companies, we decided to go with Jack. One of the things we appreciated about Jack was his ability to answer specific questions and elaborate on the process over the phone without wasting our time. He was quite knowledgeable and his price was reasonable. Overall, our impression of him was positive. Jack arrived on time and went over the process with us. Even our cat showed interest in what Jack had to say : ) We appreciated that he did not send a worker but came himself to do the work. The process took two hours to complete. He did not rush the work and worked as if it was his own bathtub. We can’t tell where the existing damage was and the paint has been matched accurately. The overall execution is 10/10. Another plus - Jack cleaned up immensely well after himself.

Absolutely perfect work. Jack was very gracious and I had him refinish two bathtubs for me. He was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. My old bathtubs look better than brand new!!! Highly recommend.

Jack is amazing. We use him for all of our bathtub refinishing needs. His work is impeccable. Infact, he does not leave until the tub looks to absolute perfection. He has also consistently charged less than other vendors such as Mr. Bathtub. He came in about 200.00 less than their estimate. I would absolutely recommend Jack for any of your bathtub, refinishing and bathtub stripping needs! He will also arrive with a huge smile and is a pleasure to work with ... an added bonus.
