Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Artistic Stone Kitchen and Bath! From start to finish, working with Helen was an absolute delight. Her expertise, patience, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only were the prices incredibly competitive, but the quality of their products surpassed our expectations. We were especially impressed by their selection of prefab quartzite, perfect for any large island 110"x52". This was something we struggled to find elsewhere in the Bay Area and even online. After doing extensive research and visiting numerous stone and kitchen cabinet suppliers around the Bay Area we finally settled on going with Artistic Stone. Factors were: - Great selection of quality quartz and granite - Able to easily source the cabinets that we wanted - Very good reviews - They worked really hard to win our business - Competitive prices It's worth mentioning that we are very particular (even a bit nit-picky) about products and services we buy. No problem. Joe Zhou worked with us and help us through our kitchen design, quartz countertops, and cabinet selection. Joe's post purchase follow-up was also exemplary. He was always available and quick to get back to us regarding any questions and/or concerns we had. The crew that installed our countertops did an excellent job (trust me, I watched every little detail). I cannot say enough about their craftsmanship and work diligence. Very happy with the results and our overall experience with Artistic Stone.

Be prepared to advocate for yourself more than should be necessary if you use this company. We live about 45 min-1 hour from their location. Our neighbor used them and they seemed unconcerned with the distance when we began discussing our remodel with the manager. Emails were frequently returned in the evening hours after the business was closed. They would schedule us behind other jobs, call the day before to confirm an appointment window and then no-show. Our main tiles behind the stove were installed the wrong direction, the bar counter was installed off-level (significantly) and our backsplash has damaged tiles that they "intend" to repair whenever they have a job in the area again. When they initially installed our counters, my husband noticed the bar was off level. He immediately emailed the company and asked if he should do anything that night before it set and they said no, it would be fixable. They then said it was typical to be slightly off level. This was outside the "standard" though and they sent someone out to look at it who agreed, it was "too off level". They determined it wasn't fixable. We told them that was an unacceptable answer. They then decided when they had guys in the area one evening, they would send them to our house to attempt a repair. Keep in mind, we purchased three slabs from the same lot, so an unrepairable bar would have likely meant color and pattern discrepancies. The team was able to uninstall the counter and reinstall it level. For the backsplash we picked what turned out to be a "new" product. It had a raised lip around the edge and we were not told there are no electrical faceplates that would flush mount. We had to find our own solution. During the initial install, a backsplash tile was cracked. They sent the guys out to fix it. When the bar had to be uninstalled, it demolished the top row of tiles along our backsplash. they sent a team out and again we had a problem tile. We went from having a full box of extra tile to them installing our last tile and chipping it in the process. This particular tile is RIGHT at the sink where you stand and notice it. They decided to close out our invoice and billed us for the balance of the work. My husband emailed the manager and did not get a response. He sent another email asking if we could at least purchase some extra tile so we could get the work repaired and were told because it was a new product, they had no way to know it would be so fragile. They agreed to order extra tile and would send a tile person out to repair once they had someone in our area. We started our kitchen counter/backsplash overhaul in October 2020, they installed in November 2020 and did repairs in December 2020. It is now nearly March 2021 and we have finally given up hope that they will correct their work and we are stuck with damaged backsplash. I love my kitchen and the stone we selected, but I would not use this company again.

Helen was so helpful in finding amazing countertops for our outdoor kitchen. She discussed different material options with us and then helped us to find the one we liked the most at a price we could afford. Her installers were friendly, thorough, and did great quality work. Our counters hairline cracked upon installing but they replaced the piece quickly and with no fuss. Their warehouse has lots of options. Would highly recommend!
