Luis, Hooman and Mehdi did a great job with our 2 bathroom remodels. They were helpful throughout the process with tips and suggestions. They were attentive to our needs and made the extra effort to get things ‘just right’. We are very happy with how everything turned out.

I chose BayBest out of 3 other contractors and I’m glad that I did. They finish the job ahead of schedule and within my budget and according to my specifications. They updated me at regular intervals on the work progress. All changes no matter how trivial was discussed with me before implementation. I am satisfied and content with my project which is very rare when it comes to remodeling.

Bay Best Construction managed the window replacement for our building in San Francisco. We are a six-unit cooperative, with half the units owner-occupied and the other half rented, and we were replacing all 30 windows with all units occupied. Obviously this is a complex and delicate project. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and responsiveness of Hooman and his crew. They arrived when they said they would, kept me informed of every bit of progress, responded quickly to questions and concerns, and completed the job within the projected timeline. As often happens with projects this large, the scope of the work increased when they discovered the amount of water damage that had been caused by the existing, incompetently installed, leaky windows. As a result, the budget ballooned as the project went on. Hooman gave us several options at each stage for how to proceed, and made it clear which change orders were optional and which really needed to be done to preserve the structure. It was a pleasure to work with Bay Best and I would hire them again for any project.

BayBest has a very professional team with great work ethic. Our condominiums had a complex situation with water damage which required proper restoration and waterproofing along with bringing structural development up to code. BayBest team took on the project and delivered on time and under budget with high quality. Mehdi and Hooman are two gem of individuals who were extremely professional and patient to navigate us through the overall coordination and completion of the project. We would highly recommend their services!

I know one thing for sure, I would not have made it through this process without the help and support from Bay best and Hooman. He answered every question, explained every step. And was helpful in every way. It didn't matter how many times I called him, he always returned my call or sent me a text with the answers. I would highly recommend Bay best for your Remodeling needs . We bought an old house in twin peaks and originally we started with just the kitchen and with his help and planning we ended up remodeling the whole first floor, then the upper level and at the end adding an in-law unit in our garage. All with their help from obtaining the permit till getting the signed completion. he will definitely work with you.
