Bayside builders was hired to resolve water damage identified in our home inspection report. Partway through the job they convinced us that the entire siding of the house needed to be replaced. The crew they brought in was unprofessional, often leaving beer cans and other trash in the yard and not showing up for weeks at a time. Overall the project took over 6 months more than the communicated completion date, and we still to this day are uncovering quality control issues with the work, such as significant cracking and leaking. They also caused damage to the existing home, such as ruining our tiles with stucco stains which cannot be removed. We never got resolution for these issues, and eventually gave up going back and forth with the company because we were told they would not be addressed.Edit: the business owner has contacted me directly to follow-up and attempt to resolve the remaining issues, which I appreciate. They are correct the job completed 7 months ago, the reason for the review now is that it only now rained hard enough again today to show that the leaking into the home which was supposedly resolved is still an issue. Also, our project manager made it very clear that they would not address our other concerns at the time, such as the stained tiles.
