From the very first conversation, he made me feel heard and completely at ease. He’s incredibly patient and takes the time to understand your vision, which is rare these days. His craftsmanship is amazing—you can tell he takes real pride in his work. Everything he and his team did was top-notch, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Jason and his staff are great. Benchmark remodeled our kitchen in about 8 weeks. The renovation was well planned - including subcontractors and the job finished on time. The price we were quote by Jason is exactly what we ended up paying. We recently sold our house & the remodeled kitchen without a doubt is the main reason the house sold in 7 days above asking price. Benchmark is a local honest general contractor that delivers high end work. Would definitely recommend these guys!

We used Benchmark Construction for an office project in July and that went so well that we came to them again for a home project. A pipe underneath our kitchen sink broke and the water leak created bad mold condition. Benchmark Construction responded to our urgent call to come out and identify and stop the leak...and they did a fast and professional job repairing the broken pipe. A mold remediation company had to rip out the cabinetry, countertops and backsplash all along the wall of the sink, requiring us to replace all of this as well as the rest of the kitchen's cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. Benchmark's owner Jason and project lead Chris came out again to walk the insurance adjuster through the damage and then promptly submitted a quote so that we could get the money we need to replace everything. We are still in the process of finalizing our claim with our insurance company, so the replacement/remodel work has not begun, but I wanted to thank Benchmark's Jason and Chris for urgently coming to our aid and assisting us in the insurance claim process, along with giving us recommendations for selecting the new cabinetry, countertops and finish materials. I highly recommend Jason and Chris with Benchmark Construction.

I would highly recommend Jason and Benchmark construction team for home construction projects. We had best experience in building out a brand new bathroom for our home. Jason and team took care of everything professionally from working with city in getting permit to providing best design options and excellent project management delivering the bathroom on time. Design and Quality of work has been exceptional. Above all, Benchmark team were very friendly and fun to work with!!
