After interviewing several contractors and not finding the right fit, I reached out to Bob Brown with Complete Construction about remodeling both our Owner and hall bathrooms. He came to see them, and I got a good feeling from him right away. We hired him, signed a contract and schedule the work to begin about 6 weeks later (he had other jobs going and we had a travel commitment that led to the wait, with which we were fine). They ended up starting at the end of August, and both bathrooms were completed 3 weeks later.....including weekends when no work was done! The quality of their work was outstanding. They arrived in time daily and generally worked to about 3 pm. They did demo, built custom shower pans, laid tile, painted, replaced toilets, countertops, wall heater, sinks, faucets, and even flooring in the Owner bath. Brent and his team are awesome. Brent clearly takes pride in his work, and answered all our questions, listened to our feedback, and he and his crew were very respectful to our property. They left the bathrooms neat after every day's work and really cleaned up outside every day, where they cut tile, cement board, etc. They even picked up and stored for us all the tile we purchased, even though that meant keeping it for several weeks. We wouldn't hesitate to very highly recommending Complete Construction for your home improvement project. They're a wonderful company and great crew!

We used Robert Brown and his crew from Complete Construction for a significant kitchen remodel/redesign. We were blown away by the quality, attention to detail, and efficiency that they completed the project. One of the main reasons we chose Robert is he is from Castro Valley and knows these homes very well. He knows the ins and outs of how these homes were built and all of the small quality of life upgrades these homes need during a remodeling. They completed the job on the exact projected date, which can’t be easy to do! From installing a sliding door to replace a stationary door that took up much needed cabinet and counter space, the backsplash, the cabinets, counters, sink, electrical, appliances and the Mexican style tile floor - they did it all with attention to every detail. They were reasonably priced, friendly, hard-working, communicative and even made suggestions on materials or color schemes that would look good. I am so, so satisfied with the finished result! I have a friend who used them to redo two bathrooms. This person was also very pleased with the quality of the work.

I couldn't have had a better experience in having my home retrofitted for earthquake. Bob Brown and his crew were a pleasure to work with! Bob inspected my crawlspace and deck supports with me, clearly explaining how he would strengthen the structure and eyeballing the size of the space and walls to calculate materials. He returned a few days later with a very reasonable quote and contract, which he pleasantly detailed with my wife & I around our dinner table. We agreed on a work schedule and Bob clearly set our expectations about the project. Bob has tons of experience and conveys his knowledge in a very friendly & understandable way. The work was finished ahead of schedule! Our home is a single level ranch style with a large deck, sitting on a slope. A significant quake would have teetered our home down the hill. Now, we feel so secure now that we happily cancelled our budget-breaking earthquake insurance! What a great contractor!

From start to finish they were amazing. We called and the next day Bob came out to give us a quote. We accepted the contract and everything went smoothly. They were always responsive within minutes to any questions we had. They were on time daily and cleaned up at the end of each day. They finished the project when they said they would. If we had a problem on our end with a cracked tub, for example, they were ok waiting for the new one and doing other things without charging us extra. I would highly recommend them. We have also used them for a few minor electrical problems and we had the same wonderful experience.

Bob, Brent and their crew finished remodeling our kitchen in a timely manner and we were thrilled with their work. They did a great job in listening to what we wanted and made sure the work is of quality. They were trustworthy & responsive so we didn't really have much miscommunication as I've heard many stories of contractors who don't listen or communicate well. We definitely will use them again for our next projects and we highly recommend them to our friends and connections
