Emmanuel and his team did a fantastic job on our renovation project. We hired him to update and expand our kitchen and add a bedroom and full bathroom. We hired Emmanuel to do an addition to our home in the historical district of Point Richmond. Permitting was time consuming and a hassle but Emmanuel and his crew did great work once everything was approved. The project took a little longer than planned, but we are happy with the quality of work. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, but working with Emanuel was overall a very positive experience. There were hiccups as with any large project, but he was responsive to any changes that needed to be made. I have referred him to friends and would recommend his work without hesitation.

I was looking for a contractor who would have work ethics and reasonable prices, after 4 different contractors interviewed, we contacted E Martinez Construction Inc for the remodeling of our bathroom. Emmanuel explained every step of the process and had the patience to communicate and answer all the questions that we had during the remodeling. He did a great job on our bathroom, looks beautiful, and finished the project with in the time promised.
