Natalie Maki5 StarWe had such a fabulous experience working with Kira at Elegant Stone & Cabinets. A friend recommended them, and after other estimates, we went with Elegant Stone. Kira is a brilliant kitchen designer, and is incredibly knowledgeable about products, finishes, and the construction process. We were newbies to the kitchen renovation process, and her help was absolutely invaluable. ES&C was also very reasonable compared to other bids we received for comparable materials.
The demo team was super fast, and they were able to complete our whole project on a tight timeline to accommodate our baby's due date.
When we had follow-up questions or needed a minor fix to our trash pullout, Kira responded right away and scheduled a date to fix the issue. Throughout the project, she graciously fielded a million questions from us. Working with Kira was definitely the highlight of our many renovation projects this past year, and I would highly recommend Elegant Stone & Cabinets.Wednesday 11th September 2024
Anton Dold5 StarWe recently had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen and we absolutely love them! Elegant Stone did a great job with communicating what we needed to do prior to the install, how long the job would take, and their customer service is top notch! They did the entire job in 2 days and their workmanship is excellent. We found a small manufactures blemish 5 days after install, and Elegant Stone sent a team out the next day to fix the issue. Kira was very knowledgeable and experienced that she had given us all the important tips and precautions leading up to the installation. Their showroom is much nicer than several others we visited, especially the large granite samples so you could really see what you were getting. Linh was immediately helpful and quickly drew up the plan for our project. Kira was excellent to deal with regarding the execution. The installation crew was efficient with great workmanship.
