I would recommend them for your future project without any hesitation. We were moving to a new location, project included to the do the flooring ( remove the existing tile to do carpet ), painting walls, a bit of plumbing work, adding a door to storage room and attain ADA compliant bathroom. Jose owner of the company was great to work with along with his crew. He was able to pull the required permits from the city and he was able to address the questions the city officials had to approve the permit. They were able to complete all of the above said work in a little over 2 weeks as promised. The cost of the project was reasonable pricing comparing with the other contractors and lower than some of the quotes I got. I gave 4.8 as few of the material costs were higher but that is very small percentage of the whole project. A minor issue popped up of the work they have done at the bathroom sink which is not related to their job but Jose was able to take care of that without any additional charge. We recently worked with GAXL on new kitchen and entry flooring, drywall repair, and installing a chandelier. Andy, Jose, and their entire team were professional, responsive, respectful, and detailed. They worked with us on timing to overlap construction with some planned travel. They found every which way to make our project a success and ensure we would not have to worry about anything while we were away. We returned to an amazing outcome, as the work they did was excellent. We look forward to working with GAXL on more projects.

I contacted GAXL Construction and Plumbing for a flooring problem in our bathroom. We had plumbing issues (toilet leakage) and I thought there was some wood rot because the floor seemed spongy. After contacting GAXL Construction they promptly gave me a quote. They worked within my time schedule which was the day after Thanksgiving. They pulled up the old linoleum and found a much larger issue than I expected. They removed the rotten-wood and replaced it in one day and installed new flooring that I had purchased. I found GAXL Construction and Plumbing to be very reliable. I would hire them again in a minute! I also thought that their pricing was reasonable and fair.

I needed a dilapidated wooden walkway rebuilt, and GAXL did the work beautifully and promptly for a reasonable price. I would happily recommend them and use them again. for a reasonable price. I would happily recommend them and use them again.

GAXL just finished our 20x30 ft backyard deck using Timber Tek, and it looks great! What impressed me the most was the commitment to the job Marvin gave. He was the main worker on our deck, often working on his own. He came promptly at 8am and often didn't leave til 6pm, with only an hour break for lunch and few breaks in between. Even came on Saturdays. All this in 90 degree weather with full sun exposure in our backyard. Also communications with Juan (who runs the jobs) have been excellent. He is personable and responsive. I can't speak yet for how the deck will hold up, but Marvin's hard work and precision made it worth every penny. We definitely recommend GAXL for future jobs! We are now going to ask for quotes for repaving part of our driveway and redoing our 3 bathrooms.
