We recently used Handy Neighbor to repair our ceiling and walls after a light installation we had in June. Ernesto, arrived on-time and he got right to work with covering and prepping to fill in approximately 30-35 cut-outs made. The picture posted with this review, does not show that those taped areas were actually taken down a couple days later, so we lived with these cut-outs for over a month. We are so happy we hired Handy Neighbor, because they restored our ceiling and walls back to the way they were. Ernesto, was efficient, going over all of the areas and double checking to make sure that everything was covered, smoothed out, and matching the textures of the ceiling. There was some light work done outside on our patio, but other than that, you cannot even tell that we had a handy service in the unit. I highly recommend Handy Neighbor. Happy with the work received and we hope to use them in the future for our queued projects.

After interviewing a number of other home contractors in our area my wife and I feel very fortunate that we went with Noah and Mike of Handy Neighbor located in Walnut Creek. After our very first meeting when we met with Noah and Mike at our home we knew they would be the ones that would offer the highest quality and craftsmanship for the amount of money we had set aside for a complete remodel of our kitchen and primary bathroom. Noah and Mike are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and Honest. We had a complete remodel of our kitchen and primary bath. We had our sub panel changed out and brought up to code. Noah and Mike made excellent suggestions during our remodel to make our kitchen and primary bathroom’s final product all the better. Noah and Mike have a good list of vendors to locate excellent cabinets and vanities as well as counter tops and back splashes. They directed us to vendors that had quality materials at reasonable prices. Mike was our project manager and he and Noah were always available for any questions or additional requests we had. They kept us up to date regarding which subcontractors would be showing up at what time. If Noah and Mike were not on site then they were but a text message or phone call away. Noah and Mike did not hesitate in addressing any concerns we had or changes we wanted. Handy Neighbor has excellent hardworking subcontractors working with them, most of which they have known for many years. Our Floors and furniture were covered with either RamBoard or plastic and the project areas in our home were cleaned at the end of every day. Our remodel passed inspection by our City Building Department. We had Noah and Mike do additional smaller projects in our home as well. My wife and I are most pleased. We would not hesitate to call upon Noah Lopez and Mike Granado of Handy Neighbor for any future projects.

Noah and his crew at Handy Neighbor have just completed one of two bathroom remodels. The second begins this coming week! Can’t wait. The first bathroom looks AMAZING. Such a beautiful job. From the moment we met to discuss the remodel, we felt the professionalism that is the heart of this company. Noah is very responsive. Showed up on time. Had all the tools he needed. Installed our bar mirror exactly how we asked. Overall great job and nice guy. Will hire him again soon.

We had Handy Neighbor do a bathroom renovation last month and they were excellent! Noah is really professional and responsive and his team was able to quickly install the shower trim and retile the shower walls. We would definitely recommend Handy Neighbor.
