I recently used Happy Bay Construction to prepare a home for sale in the Outer Richmond District in San Francisco. I could not be more pleased with the results and level of service! Eshel and Ali were excellent communicators throughout the process. The crew always arrived with a can-do attitude and produced consistent good work and on-schedule. As a local listing agent/realtor, the key is to identify contractors who do great work at fair prices to provide fantastic value for our clients. We were so happy with Happy Bay that we already recommended them to the visitors/neighbors who came through our many open houses. As a result, the home sold for a record price for the neighborhood. Happy Bay helped us put our home back together after it was remediated for water damage. In total they reconstructed 3 rooms, 2 closets and a bathroom. We also had them refinish our stairs. The communication was amazing, always fast and honest. The crew was respectful of our home, friendly, and the end results were absolutely beautiful. As with any project of this size, there were little hiccups along the way, but Eshel always addressed them quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. I also very much appreciate that we had the ability to pick out the finishes and colors and that they were willing to work with all the different materials... some of the other contractors we talked to when we were collecting bids seemed to only want to work with the materials that they use regularly. I love our new unique space! We couldn't be happier!

I was very lucky to have a good friend refer them to me. I have had the pleasure to have Happy Bay Construction do work on my house prepping to sell. They did a fantastic job. They built a a deck and stairs, painted the entire inside, painted the outside, added light fixtures and more. They started on time, finished on time and the quality is top notch! I’m now having them do retaining walls , fence and total garden repair in my personal home as well as interior work! I’m so excited! It is so nice to have a company like Happy Bay that is competent and caring at the same time . Thank you Happy Bay Construction❤️

We needed to replace our porch after discovering rot while painting the front-stairs. We looked around for different quotes, there were very low and the very high. Happy Bay Construction came in on the moderate price scale. Eshel & Ali's team were professional in preforming all aspects of the job. We had to order our security door which had taken 2 mos. to receive. The team was long done finishing the porch project, but their team came back even after fully paid. Eshel, Ali & their team has the upmost INTEGRITY. It is absolutely refreshing to finally find someone that has such professionalism and concerns in your projects. Thank you guys! Eshel and the Team are the best of the best. They delivered high quality work and best communication. They are thorough, very knowledgable with working with the HOA and County/City for permit.
