These toilets are delivered when crews start, cleaned out regularly, and are immediately picked up once the project is complete. Why this matters: Construction debris & power tolls left on site can be a hazard to kids & pets in your home.‍What we do: All our crews are instructed to haul away all construction debris from our job sites & take their power tools with them at the end of every day to keep your home hazard free. Yes. Since early March 2020, we've made virtual appointments available to our clients. The best way to know how your project will look like when it's finished is by preselecting the finish materials you want for your project and getting 3D renderings of your project. Preselecting the materials will allow our 3D designers to incorporate the exact materials you selected for you project so that the 3D rendering will look identical to the finished project. Each project will vary depending on the scope of work and the complexity of the project but to give you a rough idea, full remodels can cost $100 to $200 per sq. ft., ADUs can cost $400 to $500 per sq. ft. to build, the typical bathroom can cost up to $25,000. During my interview of Ron for a bathroom remodel estimate, I was convinced of his knowledge and experience. What particularly won me over was his commitment to keeping the house livable while the single bathroom was being completely remodeled (I'd just need to shower at friends' houses for a little while). His crew, under Alfonso's lead, completed the enlargement and entire remodel of the bathroom in just 3 weeks providing excellent work. While Ron's estimate was distinctly above the other two I considered, the speed and smoothness of this potentially disruptive project made the price well worth it, and the resulting bathroom is beautiful.

We used Home Quality Remolding for an Attic/Roof repair on ourhouse. Alexis was our project manager and he was on point from start of the project until the very end. He made sure all of our questions were answered, he was patient, understanding and helpful! We had a ton of questions and Alexis took his time and made sure we had a clear understanding of everything! All of the workers that worked on our house were amazing and trustworthy! Ron from Home Quality Remodeling and his team did a fantastic job adding a second story bedroom and bathroom to our home last year. This also involved redoing the family room on the first floor including removing an existing brick fireplace to make-way for a new insert and new surround. The work was completed efficiently and with quality results and we are very happy overall. Most importantly, Ron has stood by his work, we have had two minor issues come up since the completion of the work and in both instances he has had a crew out to evaluate the concern within a day or two and then quickly worked with us to create a plan to address and fix the problems. He was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and if any other home improvement projects come up in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use HQR again.
