We were very pleased with the bathroom remodel completed by Homerun Design Build in August, 2020! We already had a positive experience with Guy, the owner of the company, with a previous bathroom remodel, so we did not even go out to bid on this one. Guy prepared a fair proposal for the agreed upon scope of work with an estimated start date and end date. They use a web portal for approving proposals, change orders, and making payments – very nice. Communication was great! My wife and I started a group message thread with Guy and the Project Manager, and this worked out great for scheduling and decision-making. Guy and his PM were excellent communicators by text, phone calls, and with occasional in-person visits. We exchanged information, ideas, photographs, and sketches. If a decision needed to be made, they would contact us for consent. They are organized and customer-focused. They got the permit quickly and installed floor protection on the first day. They had a porta-potty delivered on the day before they started to work and it was picked up on the last day. Every worker was friendly, respectful, trustworthy, and efficient. At the end of each day, the workers removed their tools and cleaned the bathroom and traffic areas – impressive! And get this – the work went continuously, every day, until completion. The bathroom was actually completed before the estimated completion date. The workers arrived at 8am every morning ready to go! Quality of workmanship was outstanding. They did a great job with installation of rough plumbing, subflooring, electrical, sheetrock, cement board, tub, shower door, toilet, wall cabinet, medicine cabinet, vanity, countertop, backsplashes, sink, finish plumbing, towel bars, wall plates, molding, texturing, and painting. The floor tiles and shower wall tiles are flat and even with tight grout lines – absolutely gorgeous! They did not make one mistake. Every inspection passed the first time, including the final inspection. We have already shown Guy our 1980-vintage kitchen and told him that we are planning to remodel it next year. He has provided some excellent ideas and options for us to think about. A good remodeling contractor can envision a finished product and it seems to me that Guy has that ability. We worked with Homerun Design Build to remodel our home in 2022 and had a great experience! We remodeled our kitchen, primary bathroom, added a half bathroom, installed all new floors and windows and painted the interior and exterior of our home. Guy was a great communicator and consistently helped us come up with creative ideas to improve our remodel design, while keeping our budget in mind. The crew was at our house 5-6 days a week throughout the entire project and met the milestones and inspection deadlines outlined in our contract to ensure the project was completed on time. We highly recommend Guy and his team and plan to use them again in the future!

From start to finish Guy and his team at Homerun Design-Build were amazing. We had interviewed eight other contractors and were beginning to lose hope until we set up a consultation with Guy. After discussing our project and sitting down at our table, he provided us with a reasonable estimate on the spot. A few days later he presented us with a fabulous 3D design. The project was started as scheduled and Guy made sure that each phase was completed timely. His team was professional and courteous and arrived promptly at 8:00 am each morning. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. Most notably, Guy remained enthusiastic and engaged in making our vision come true. He was also very receptive to any change orders we requested and provided us with suggestions and recommendations. The quality of their work was so impressive that we added several additional areas to our kitchen remodel. We will most definitely be using Homerun Design-Build to remodel our bathrooms. We met with numerous contractors for bids for our kitchen and living room remodel. It was a complex project that involved removing a load bearing wall to create a great room with an open concept kitchen. We had a very specific vision and design in mind, and some contractors wouldn’t even bid on the project without seeing architectural structural plans first. Guy came in and gave us a straightforward estimate, detailed out every phase of the job, and had a team that could produce the architectural plans to submit to the county for permit review all within our budget. This was our first major remodel, so we prepared ourselves for the worst. Fortunately, Guy and his team made it a completely smooth process — no change orders, no timeline delays (only those we caused due to appliance backorders), and our kitchen and living room came out exactly as we had envisioned. We even lived through the demo and construction with a toddler! That’s how great the Homerun team was - they were prompt, finished each phase of the project on time, and thoroughly cleaned up the space (as best you can during major construction) every single day. We would highly recommend Guy and his team for any project big or small.

Homerun Design Build provided us with a wonderful experience remodeling our kitchen. Guy Breuer advised us with some great ideas and provided us with 3D designs as well. His way of managing projects is very efficient and easy to follow. His team is extremely professional and built my kitchen better than I wanted it to be. We extended our work with re doing our floors and painting our entire house. We really trust this company and will hire them again for our future projects and we strongly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.
