If you want a tile contractor with integrity, quality workmanship, and reasonable cost who stands behind their work, hire Iconic Tile. We needed a tile contractor for our remodeling of two bathrooms. We needed someone to build a new pan and shower in one bathroom and install a new tub and surround in the other using handmade tile and marble tile. We wanted custom niches in the shower and above the tub. We also needed two custom quartz countertops for our new cabinets. In addition, we wanted marble tile laid on the floor in a herringbone pattern. We were looking for quality, experience, and a reasonable price. After receiving bids from several companies, we chose Iconic Tile. Jesus, the owner, came to the jobsite and walked through how he would get the job done. He also provided flexibility in his schedule to ensure we would have at least one working bathroom. He sold us on his knowledge, experience, attention to us, and he had a very reasonable price. He also provides a very good guarantee (more on that below). Bottom line, our bathrooms turned out beautiful. The lead on our project was Nacho (Jose’s dad). Nacho was friendly and had a great attention to detail. We asked a lot of questions along the way and he patiently answered and explained the work he was doing. We had one problem with several floor tiles in one bathroom. Based on past experience, I thought I might be in for a fight to get it fixed. Jesus went over the options and made the recommendation to completely rip out and replace the floor. He purchased the replacement tiles. I was pleasantly surprised at how he stood behind his work and his guarantee. In the end the floor was perfect. So like I said at the start, if you want a tile contractor with integrity, quality workmanship, and reasonable cost who stands behind their work, hire Iconic Tile.

Jesus Gonzales, the owner, is a third-generation tile installer. I've known Jesus since 2015, and my first impression was one of respect! He started his own business at a young age and after just a few years he's already so accomplished and humble! Jesus is a pleasure to work with. Kind, friendly, professional, good sense of humor and never pushy. His work is absolutely immaculate and extremely detailed. I've referred Jesus many times! My former partner was a General Contractor and Project Manager, and he always relied on Jesus when it came to tile work. See the attached photo as an example. It always makes me sad when Jesus has to come in and help someone who hired a cheaper service and they messed it up! Jesus has to tear it all out and redo it all over again. Do it right the first time - get a bid from Iconic Tile and look at their references.

Jesus and his crew did excellent work on three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a floor to high ceiling double-sided fireplace. Materials varied from small glass tiles to 24x48 pieces of ceramic tile. The work was done with impressive precision and artistry. Iconic was timely, neat and responsive. We have received many compliments and highly recommend Iconic.

Jesus did a great job installing exterior walls/decks and interior walls/floors/bathrooms in our house. He was pleasant and easy to work with as well as flexible. Jesus is responsive and makes sure you're happy with the end product. He is honest and transparent and I would strongly recommend him.
