Short Review: If you want high quality work, great advice, and transparent communication for your home remodel, hire Ionian Builders. Full Review: Ionian Builders have done a few projects at my house over the years and they’ve always done a great job. From the initial designs through the end of the project, their service is excellent. The first project Konstantine helped us with was big: a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. From start to finish, he gave solid practical advice and design advice, which helped us pick options that fit our “look,” needs, and budget. He was always transparent on timelines before and during construction. If you’ve ever done a construction project, you know that’s super important. These were both big projects and included things like tiling, cabinet installation, rewiring the electrical, new plumbing, window installation, and more. They did a fantastic job and paid a lot of attention to details both big and small. The second project Ionian Builders helped us with was our floors. They sanded and re-stained the floors in our dining room and hallway, and they added vinyl flooring in our laundry room. In both cases they did great work. Our wood floors look brand new, and the new following in our laundry room really elevated the space. If you’re looking for a general contractor to work in your home, I highly recommend Ionian Builders.

We first worked with Ionian Builders in 2021 when they helped update, modernize & bring a rental property back to great condition after a long term tenant moved out. They worked on every inch of the property including paint, fixtures and general maintenance of all existing rooms. They came back a few months later to completely update the exterior patio including a new railing & concrete work. We've been extremely pleased with their service. They continue to work on other ad hoc projects as needed on the property since 2021. We've also used them for our home in San Francisco. Initially, they worked on our bathroom and completely redid the grout work on shower/tub and they have been back a few more times for other miscellaneous work. Konstantine is a great communicator, sets timelines and always follows up. We've had great experiences with his work. We need some new electrical work done in our SF home and plan to go through Ionian Builders for this work as well.

Konstantine, J.R., and the rest of the team are phenomenal! Punctual, thorough explanations, and follow through (they do an excellent job at leaving the area cleaner than before EVERY DAY, what a plus!). We got our kitchen remodeled, I was so amazed at how beautifully it was done and in such a quick turn around time! I will surely be entrusting them with all future home projects

I really appreciated the great work Ioanian Builders did! The frequent updates about project progress were very reassuring, their ability to keep true to the finish dates was impressive as well
