Since I founded KC Custom Builders in 2006, my goal has been to provide discerning clients with a remodeling or new build experience that is better than the rest. Over the last 14 years, I’ve worked with some amazing people from various backgrounds, helping dozens of families create their dream home.
Remodeling your home or building a new home is a significant investment of your time and money. You want to be certain that the contractor you choose to build your dream home is honest and reliable. You want someone who cares about more than just your service, someone who wants to get to know you.
When I ask people why they choose me over other contractors, they often tell me it’s because of my personality. I invest a lot of time in getting to know people before starting on their project. We’ll talk about your career, your family, your interests, or whatever else comes up. My goal is to connect with each of my clients. We’ll be spending a lot of time together, so making sure we’re the right fit for each other is key to a successful project.

darci olson5 StarI would highly recommend Nathan and his staff at KC Custom Builders for any home construction project. We hired them for a primary bedroom, bath closet project in 2023 and would use them again for any further projects. Nathan was organized and efficient. The technology app they use made the communication and process regarding progress and adjustments seamless. Nathan and his team were courteous and easy to have at our home at all times. They even went above and beyond in helping us with an unrelated water leak! The final project is beautiful, high quality and is exactly what we envisioned and more. * their impeccable attention to details when it comes to the quality of their work: they caught more imperfections before the final walkthrough than we did;
* great coordinations with suppliers: they went the extra distance to overcome mistakes made by suppliers;
* super nice people: we really enjoyed interacting with their employees and contractors.

As a subcontractor I have been with KC Builders for about six years, Nathen is very adamant about schedule and quality of workmanship Which I respect myself.
I have seen Nathen go above, and beyond even at his cost To make the project come out to his satisfaction.
