I’m writing to update my previous review. We had some issues where we were charged much higher than our project quote (over 40% more), which appeared to be due to a new project manager mismanaging the work and padding his hours. Eventually we connected with the owner, Dave, who resolved the obvious discrepancies. We were working with someone who is no longer with the company, and I have to assume he didn’t fit the company’s ideals because I found Dave and his workers to be good people who were easy to work with. My mom also did a project on her house with Keene, worked directly with Dave, and had a very positive experience overall! So I do ultimately think our situation was an anomaly. Giving 4 stars because it took some time to get to a resolution & with our project manager the discussion did not go smoothly, nor was it handled promptly. Nonetheless, I really appreciate the eventual resolve from Dave!
