I'm taking the time to write this review to share our exceptionally positive experience with LRL Builders, a general contractor run by the highly professional Raz, who came to our rescue after a previous disastrous encounter with a renovation tech startup. The backstory is worth sharing. We initially engaged a tech startup promising a streamlined, hassle-free renovation experience. Instead, we found ourselves dealing with a general contractor who severely damaged our property during the initial phase of our guest bathroom remodel. Suffice to say, we immediately put the brakes on and embarked on a search for a reliable, trustworthy alternative. Enter Raz and his fantastic team at LRL Builders. From the outset, Raz impressed us with his transparent, no-pressure approach and a very competitive pricing structure. He made it clear that he prioritizes client satisfaction and maintaining his stellar reputation. This philosophy became evident as the project unfolded. Efficiency, productivity, professionalism, and excellent communication are the cornerstones of the LRL Builders' ethos. And they lived up to these high standards throughout the process. Antonio, their tile expert, delivered an outstanding level of craftsmanship. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to ask insightful, proactive questions transformed the renovation into an engaging, satisfying experience. We appreciated their high level of responsiveness to feedback. Every minor concern was addressed promptly and fixed with no questions asked. Their commitment to quality was further demonstrated when we encountered a minor hiccup - a leak in the laundry room (behind the newly renovated shower). Raz's immediate response and the team's swift resolution of the issue the following morning was highly commendable. Impressed by their work, we enlisted LRL Builders for a smaller project - adding recessed lights to three bedrooms. In true form, Raz and his team completed the work in a single day, delivering high-quality results with impressive efficiency. Based on our overwhelmingly positive experience, we are convinced that when the time comes to remodel our master bath, we won't hesitate to reach out to Raz and the LRL Builders team. Raz and his team recently renovated our bathroom, demonstrating efficiency and delivering an excellent outcome. Both Raz and Oscar proved to be honest, personable, and easy to collaborate with. Despite being a busy mom of two, they never pressured me to conform to their schedule and consistently made time to accomplish necessary tasks. I am impressed with their work and would gladly hire them again. I am more than willing to vouch for the exceptional job they did.

We’ve had Raz for two jobs, replacing leaking windows and repainting and flooring a bedroom. His crew is efficient and trustworthy. The windows passed permitting with flying colors. I will book him for future jobs to update our 1970s home.

Choosing LRL Builders for our guest bathroom renovation was a great decision. The key piece of the project was a tub to shower conversion.
