A hidden gem in Castro Valley! Truly the best contractor in town, excellent quality and great pricing. Michael is the most responsive and knowledgeable person, I have worked with on a remodel. Unlike other contractors, he was there every day supervising and actually doing some of the work. He is tech savvy so you can text or email him what you want and he gets back to you instantly. I had asked Mikeco for my backyard remodel for concrete and reinforcing some fences and repairing my deck. He recommended concrete stamp which had wood-like texture which I didn't know existed. It ended up looking great! We were so pleased with the results we have asked him to remodel our bathroom. It has been a great experience. Michael will let you what will work or not. He is also the contractor that will continuously work or have someone work on your job and not leave it unfinished for days. Thanks, Michael!

If you are looking for a dependable contractor at a fair price, I highly recommend Mikeco Construction. Michael handled all the administrative details with the City and with the Earthquake Brace and Bolt website. He was there the entire time, either working alone or alongside other workers. He always showed up when he said he would, the job was finished on time and he left the place cleaner than how he found it.

Michael was great to work with! His pricing was fantastic, his crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves daily, and he even helped take care of following up with the inspector when there was a missing document. Made the process for me very easy and smooth.
