5 star isn't a high enough rating. For many years I've been reading horror stories about contractors who stiff you, are late, do poor work. To say we were concerned on our first kitchen remodel would be an understatement. But, I have to say (loudly) that our full kitchen remodel has been a dream project from beginning to end. Palazzo was helpful (and not pushy) with all the selections and only ventured an opinion on our choices when asked. They took total control of the planning, scheduling, manufacturing and installing of the kitchen components. With a pattern quartz top, matching the flow lines is very difficult. They got it exactly right. The counter patterns flow seamlessly into the back splash and over the edges. Their work crews were friendly, polite, and all around great. They cleaned meticulously after every day. Palazzo hit every production date on time. When they said 8am they knocked on the door at precisely 8am. They even recommended an outstanding cabinet refinisher and scheduled his work to dovetail with theirs. I told Filipe Franca I wanted my total responsibility to be to open the door for them when they started and close it when they were done. He did exactly that. We had ZERO stress during the whole project.

I love my new kitchen! A friend recommended Palazzo for our kitchen renovation, and I am glad we listened. Felipe was accessible any time we had questions or needed guidance. He helped us select materials that worked with our budget and style considerations. Anytime there were any hiccups Felipe came through with multiple options to keep our project on track. Now we have a kitchen we are proud of. The next project will be the bathrooms and we are definitely coming back to Palazzo for that.

We did not know much about countertop fabrication process when we started looking for a company who can install new countertops to our recently remodeled kitchen. There was not that many options in our area, but after some research we found Palazzo Kitchens and Baths. They had great reviews, competitive prices, located in a reasonable distance from our house and were open Saturdays, which was a huge plus for us. After a couple of visits to their store and talking to a business owner, Felipe, we have learned a lot and understood the whole process much better. Felipe was very helpful and took all our requests with personal attention. The slabs that we selected were extremely difficult to work with due to color and pattern variations, but Felipe and his crew went above and beyond to produce a wonderful end result! While providing great recommendations regarding the layout and seam matching, they never forced their opinion and always asked for our approval before starting any work. The fabrication process was completed in time and installation was quick and smooth. After all, we are very happy with our new countertops and would recommend Palazzo Kitchens and Baths to anyone.

I remodeled my kitchen and used Palazzo to purchase and install quartz countertops. I am extremely happy with the product and even happier with the service I received. Felipe was fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the process. The timeline was fairly quick, considering post pandemic delays. I also had Palazzo install backsplash that I had purchased elsewhere. I wish I had used the company to do my entire kitchen installation. Very professional, on time, and did quality work. My bathrooms will be next, and I will be sure to use Palazzo for that project!
