We had the pleasure of enlisting the services of Roofing Contractor Pinole for three distinct home remodeling projects. Our journey began with a fence and gate replacement, then transitioned into the installation of leaf filters on our gutters. However, the most impressive undertaking was the comprehensive revamp of our master bathroom, which we are thoroughly enjoying. Edwin was instrumental in replacing the old fiberglass shower with a posh tile shower, laying down a stunning tile floor, and enhancing the bath tub area with beautiful tile work. He didn't stop there, though. A new toilet, a customized vanity, and bespoke fixtures were also added to the mix. We are overjoyed with the final results! Edwin was the embodiment of professionalism: trustworthy, diligent, comprehensive, and personable. Bryce's focus on the minutest details was unmatched and we wouldn't think twice about hiring them for any future home improvement tasks.

I was impressed by the company's craftsmanship, honesty, and straightforwardness. Interestingly, I stumbled upon a particularly negative review that stood out from the rest. A bit of digging uncovered that the reviewer, let's call them Peyton, has a track record of posting similar reviews against other businesses. Peyton fits the bill of what we in the industry label as a 'spoiler'—someone who posts slanderous reviews about businesses with stellar reputations. Spoilers aside, while many home remodeling contractors seem to prioritize upselling, this company adheres to a more traditional business model. Their focus is on delivering outstanding service and demonstrating dedication and pride in their work in Pinole. Bryce and Edwin, for example, are known for their unwavering commitment to quality.

Working with this company was truly fantastic. We undertook a custom home remodeling project in the Pinole area. The idea of remodeling was thrilling yet a bit overwhelming due to the multitude of options available. Nevertheless, Peyton, Edwin, and Bryce were always ready to guide us and ensure everything proceeded smoothly and correctly. The proprietor was always accessible, promptly and efficiently answering any queries we had. We appreciated the lack of a 'sales' representative trying to convince us to upgrade or buy unnecessary items. We had full control over our finishing materials, which was wonderful. As we bought these materials ourselves and supplied them to the team, we were able to actively participate and save money in the process. A big thanks to the team for making our home remodeling experience delightful.
