TeroBuilding, Inc. did an excellent job renovating the house next door to my house. I looked forward to watching professional workers renovate with care and skill. They arrived early and stayed late. The owner, Steve, was on site several times each day. The completed renovation makes our court look like a new housing development. I am fortunate and grateful that additions were added to the outside of my house that make the outside of my house blend in with the renovated home. Wow! What a difference! There was no charge for the addition to my house. I look forward to contacting TeroBuilding, Inc. for renovations I have planned for my property.

I had the pleasure of buying my home from a TERO Build remodel, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The remodel Steve and his team completed is both beautiful and enduring—clearly the work of someone with strong instincts and excellent taste. Every choice, from materials to layout, reflects care, quality, and a deep understanding of what makes a home not just look good, but function beautifully. What truly stood out, though, was Steve’s integrity and his commitment to doing things right. During one of my first walkthroughs, I mentioned a faint smell of mildew in the garage. Without a moment’s hesitation, Steve called over one of his team working onsite and told them to hammer out and cut a large section of the drywall exposing the wood behind it. Most builders would’ve dismissed it or offer a tidy explanation. Instead, after opening up the wall (on the spot) and finding a patch of damp wood, he made sure to replaced it fully before the sale. That moment said everything about how he works: direct, unflinching, and deeply accountable. He’s also not afraid to tell it like it is. He’s honest, clear, and doesn’t sugarcoat problems—he addresses them. And more importantly, he shows up. Steve made it clear from the beginning that if anything ever went wrong, he was nearby and available. That wasn’t just talk. When I later had a backup issue affecting my shower drain, I reached out. He responded right away and had three of his guys at my house within hours. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the piping under the house, and resolved the problem completely and efficiently. All the while thoroughly documenting and sharing every step - the transparency was refreshing. Steve is committed to a level of responsiveness that goes far beyond what most people expect. He will never try to evade a concern or pass the buck. He takes responsibility seriously, and that alone sets him apart. He’s ambitious, principled, and clearly building more than just homes—he’s building a reputation for excellence, trust, and follow-through. Based on my experience, I would recommend him and his team over at TERO Build without hesitation to anyone looking for a builder who stands by his work and the people he builds for.

TERO Build team is working on a home across the street from mine. I have been watching the progress on that project and have been very impressed by the efforts of all. The team's attention to detail and craftsmanship truly are apparent in the final result, The work is done very professionally, the house is looking very nice. I had a small unfinished project on my house and asked Steve if could help me with it. He had a member of his team come and do the work. I am very pleased with the results.
