This review is long overdue. My wife and I bought our first home and decided to do a simple remodel to make it more comfortable for our new baby girl. Our original contractor promised a smooth and easy process....that was far from the truth. We found ourselves with a torn up house that was left in the dead of winter and not water tight. Tim and team came in and picked up the previous contractor's mess and provided a light into the end of a long dark tunnel. Tim Lawlor Construction was a true partner in what became a full tear down and rebuild of nearly 4000 sqft. Their constant communication and attention to detail as if it was their own home was truly appreciated. Having experience with other contractors and crews, both Tim's crew and subs were truly respectful and people that we wanted to work with. From custom walnut walls and shelving to reinforced backing on level 5 drywall to prevent cracking, you can tell that Tim Lawlor Construction takes pride in what they do. We have even had inspectors and other professionals commend their work and note that the level of finish is something not commonly found...even in high end builds. Please take our experience and advice. Don't go with the cheap option, trust a partner that pushes back and does not always say yes....hire Tim Lawlor Construction.

Tim and his team completed a whole house remodel for our Eichler home, which included replacing all underground plumbing, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, installing a Nana wall and pass-through window as well as a new floor to ceiling window. All new cabinetry was also installed and our washer/dryer was relocated to the garage. The tile work in the bathrooms was complicated and completed perfectly. We also had new tile floor installed throughout the house. Tim's team came in on budget and on time over the 6 month renovation. They are also good communicators and keep us apprised of any changes in condition which were quickly rectified. Highly recommend!
