We worked with Guy who is very personable, but the job that needed to be done took well over the time we were told I understand that there are complications when doing a complex design, but the communication was horrible and took well over 6 months! We were very clear in our expectations and when it came to the build we didn't actually hire Treeium. Their bid was more than $100K over what we were bid by other companies. They tried to work with us and give us discounts, but in the end we went with another contractor. This is where things were very frustrating. We were told the plans would be complete and ready to build. There were issues with the plans that the contractor had to modify (simple measurements and walls where there couldn't be). These small issues my contractor was able to work with the inspectors but the biggest issue was the retaining walls below our build. They didn't put them where needed, nor tall enough and when we called them back to fix the problem, we were billed almost $1000 to fix! We are still fighting them to not pay for this bill. Instead of responding to us and fixing the problem they say we should expect changes! I can see if we changed the plans - but this was a blatant mistake by the engineer and we should NOT be billed because they did the plans wrong in the first place - DISAPPOINTING to say the least! :( Now they won't respond at all, very annoyed! Ten thousand dollars for incomplete plans!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! You’re going to want to because of their slick presentation and, likely, immediate availability, but don’t. You’ve been forewarned. I recently had a 4 month remodel done by them and the experience was awful! There are too many issues to recount here, but here are a few. *Plumbing: I had 3 separate plumbers come out after Treeium had done their work and all said that plumbing in the kitchen and both bathrooms was substandard. There was not enough water pressure in either shower to initially make use of them. *Electrical: I had lights custom-made to put on ledges with existing wiring because they told me the wiring was live. They didn’t work. Their electrician couldn’t tell me why. He told me to return the lights, which being custom made was impossible. Had a separate electrician out who suggested I report them to the Contractor’s board for substandard work. *Tile: put the wrong floor tile, trim tile, and grout in one of the bathrooms despite having a photo of exactly how it was supposed to be. With each error the project manager, Guy, tried to convince me that it looked better this way. *Exterior: almost laughable (until you realize how much you paid) trim work around the newly installed Marvin windows. Had to have them out several times before the trims looked like they were done by a professional. Wood shingles placed were crooked and erratically spaced. *Professionalism: did not adequately cover furniture or parts of the house that was not being remodeled leading to layers of dust everywhere. They did not clean up after themselves. Lost multiple items that I purchased and they stored.

I had a bathroom remodel about 4 years ago and all the caulking around the tub and shower has separated from the wall and floor. It looked great in the beginning but it has just not held up. That's just bad workmanship..I would never recommend this company.

My wife and I are extremely happy with finished product. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The crews never tried to cut corners and would make sure the task they were preforming was done correctly. Project Manager Luger made sure any concerns we had were addressed in a professional manner in a timely basis. The onsite crew of Fedial and Benjamin were courteous and went out of their way to not be a disturbance to us. They were professional and maintained the highest level of craftsmanship at all times. They made sure the job was done right. Once the project began we did run into additional requirement by the city. I appreciate the amount of work and patience exhibited by Luger to navigate through a highly frustrating city process. We would not hesitate to recommend Treeium and specifically Luger and his crews to any one contemplating any project regardless of the level of complexity.

Roy Kisos was our primary contact . He was very attentative in making sure we were happy with the results. The new flooring looks fabulous! The change from an older single oven to a double oven looks great! The cabinet changes look really good. We're happy with the new wallpaper.
