I hired US ACCURATE SERVICES to renovate my basement. I have a nice sized space and wanted it to be more of a fun hang out area when my friends come over. Fred was a pleasure to work with. He was easy going and assured me the work would be done in a timely manner as I was leaving on a business trip. The work was done in less then 3 weeks and it's perfect. It's exactly what the house needed! Would highly recommend and will definitely call them again.

I found U.S ACCURATE through Yelp, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to my initial phone call. I had originally intended to get several quotes, but having been in the construction industry I am good with pricing, and their initial quote came in exactly where I thought it should be for quality work at a good price. From my initial phone call to a finished basement office and guest bedroom, the entire process took only 4-5 weeks. A very professional project manager was assigned to me and provided an easy single point of contact for the whole process. Fred uses buildertrend website which kept me informed and also made very clear when something I asked for could incur additional expense. There were no hidden fees/expenses or scope creep, which I know can be a big problem. All additional services were clearly quoted and submitted for approval before implementing. The workers that came every day were clean, professional and friendly and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. At the end of the project, everything looks great and is just as I asked it to be. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will be sure to use them on a future project.

I found U.S ACCURATE Construction after looking on Google for contractors and being frustrated with my previous search to find someone to repair my garage and kitchen after a water leak. I noticed the five-star reviews and proceeded to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. The team came out the next day and provided me with a quote within 48 hours. I had a question about the next steps in the process so I asked to be connected with Fred. Fred was open to my questions, walked me through the process for renovations, and he was incredibly patient and thorough. I greatly appreciated his demeanor after going through several failed attempts to get my house back to its original condition. The team provided a project plan and a portal to access photos of the work that was being done in my home. The team sent out was timely, professional, and thorough. I appreciated their care in protecting my living area and other spaces connected to the area. One of my fears before starting this project was that the work wouldn't blend seamlessly, because I've experienced this in the past, but I can say that the team did an excellent job. I can't recommend U.S ACCURATE enough and I hope to use them again under different conditions. :) If you're in need of damage restoration or a renovation don't hesitate to reach out to them. I've already recommended their team to my neighbors and a close friend!

Throughout our conversation, he maintained clear and straightforward communication, providing transparent and reasonable pricing estimate. Fred and his team wasted no time, arriving promptly the following day to begin the project. Their work ethic was commendable, with a keen focus on efficiency without compromising quality. They meticulously cleaned up the work area with a high level of professionalism. Though our project was relatively small compared to Fred's typical jobs, he ensured that we receive the optimal attention. Fred's team went above and beyond by addressing issues left unresolved by a previous electrician, all without pressuring or adding any unforeseen costs to the initially discussed pricing.
