We had an exceptional experience with Valet to remodel two center pieces of furnitures for our family room. The entire Valet team did deliver best of the top-tier production and experience at the end. I just want to share a few highlights to the community. 1. Designer Lavanya worked with us for more than a month to come up with designs that work beautifully for our home. 2. To prepare for a smooth installation, Scott guided us through all necessary details, etc. 3. The installation crew (Lazaro, Steven) is absolute the best I had seen. They worked diligently for 5 straight hours and paid attention to details. 4. I also want to mention Valet's showroom in Danville downtown. What you see in the showroom is what you get in your home! 5. Valet's furniture not just look great from outside. By watching the whole installation process, I can tell their raw materials, construction design and manufacturing quality are absolutely top notch. 6. We absolutely love the elegant and high-quality fixtures. Thank you, the entire Valet team!!!

I looked at many closet and cabinet companies before choosing Valet Custom Cabinets and Closets, and I’m so glad I did. What immediately stood out was how many more options they offered compared to other companies — and even more importantly, how personal the experience felt. With Valet, I truly felt like I was their only customer and that my every need was being fully catered to. Lavanya was my designer, and she was an absolute dream to work with. She came out, saw our space, and then worked very patiently with me over the course of months offering me possibilities and suggestions, gently guided me toward a solution I truly love. I am slow to make decisions and it was so helpful that Lavanya never once pushed me to hurry the process. Lavanya is not only patient, delightful and incredibly professional — she is also brilliant! I had clear ideas of what I wanted, but I put a lot of trust in Lavanya's sense of proportion and aesthetics. WOW! I am so glad I did! Lavanya turned what was basically a nothing room into a total wowza room. One entire wall is now a floor-to-ceiling closet with mirrors, and somehow the room looks bigger, not smaller. I obviously love the new closet space, but even beyond that, the room itself looks a thousand times better. I honestly can’t stop walking into it just to stare at this cool, swanky new space in my house. The installation was just as smooth. Four guys showed up, worked efficiently, and by the end of the day the closet was fully installed. Everything was left neat, clean, and perfect. This was truly an A+ experience with Valet Custom Cabinets and Closets from start to finish! a I will absolutely be going back to them for our next project.

We had an outstanding experience with Valet on two different projects and it's the best cabinet company out there in the Valley when it comes to customer experience, design, variety of options/colors and value for money. Cynthia was our designer and she has done an incredible job in transforming our old traditional pantry into a worship area + modern pantry. We had a very unique need to create a hybrid space and she went above and beyond with her creativity and came up with a really cool design. She also collaborated with other partners for a unique backing and the output was stunning. She is very patient, understands the need, doesn't rush, very empathetic, takes pride in her work and ensures customer experience is at the core. I can't think of any other company when it comes to closets. Thank you Cynthia!!

We went to Valet based on our close friend's recommendation - she had got her garage cabinets done by them. We liked the showroom at the very first look - the best part of the initial impression was Jerry Archer. The fact that he had a custom entertainment cabinet with a sound system and TV installed already, helped us a lot. He suggested we visit the Campbell show room and take a look at the models there. We did that and came back and emailed him about our intent to go ahead. He set up a time to visit our home and take the measurements. His visit was very productive. He understood our requirement very well. We met him again once he was ready with the initial design. During this meeting, he recommended that we work with his friend and partner, Ron, for the audio/video part. In fact, the design that Jerry made was based on the understanding he had developed over several projects that he did with Ron. This helped us immensely. We had to go through a few iterations to get the design right and Jerry was very patient and thorough throughout the process. The cabinet was made ready as per the timeline and installers came home and put it in place. There were a couple of small issues to be worked out and Jerry helped a lot in getting those things addressed. He made sure to personally visit and verify that everything was alright, before expecting to make a payment. Overall, we are very happy with Jerry's professionalism and Valet's design and craftsmanship. We very highly recommend them for anyone who needs a custom cabinet built for their homes.

I chose Valet Custom Cabinets and Closets to install custom closets at my newly purchased home. They were more responsive than their competitors. Provided great care through the design process. Installation, in spite of Covid-19 delays, went smoothly and was done in less than a half day. The closets look great and I am pleased with the entire end to end experience.
