I recently hired Jesus from Wall 2 Wall Construction to install a new door at my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Jesus was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. He took accurate measurements of my door, which was an uncommon size, and helped me custom order a door that would fit perfectly. When it came time to install the door, Jesus did an excellent job and was able to easily work with my door frame's unusual measurements. His skill and expertise were clear from start to finish, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. I've been looking for someone to do a couple of home improvement projects. After getting many quotes and doing my research, I decided to go with Wall 2 Wall. Jesse and his team responded in a timely matter, were very resourceful and overall great to work with. Jesse patiently answered my millions of questions and concerns. He shared with me the various options I could consider while staying within my budget. He explained the quote and timeline very thoroughly which I appreciated. I nearly worked with Wall 2 Wall after I tried requesting the project through Home Depot. Unfortunately they didn't show up for the first window I had scheduled with them for a simple measurement. Later that day they called and said they'd come to my house for measurements at 9 a.m. sharp the following day. They didn't. I called and they sent someone at 10 a.m. who did a really sloppy job. Two days later their office called and asked when I'd like to schedule my measurement, and I was confused because they had already sent someone. Today I got a call from them apologizing but saying that they needed to send someone again to do measurements. Sloppy. I feel bad because the person who called last appears to be a nice guy (maybe the owner), but that was a terrible experience. I don't understand why it's so difficult to show up when you say you're going to show up, and if you can't, call the customer and tell them. Basic human decency. And if it's a bad employee, you need to make sure not to hire people who can't keep a simple time commitment.

i worked for jesus chavez and hid partner sam for 4 months. the first 3 months were not a problem but when he started having financial problems on month 4 he told me to wait until the end of project i was on for payment because he had to wait for client to pay and he ghosted me. neither him or sam would answer my calls or text and still dont till this day. the client was extremely happy with the work done to the where i still do handy man stuff for them. jesus chavez is a scammer.
